This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds work when you shop with us.
1. Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You can return a product if:
- It is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- It doesn’t match the description or specifications
- You received the wrong item
Conditions for Returns:
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided
🚫 We unfortunately do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
- Personal hygiene products
- Clearance or final sale items (unless damaged or defective)

2. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Just contact us, and we’ll process it immediately — no questions asked.
After Shipment:
If the order has already been shipped, you can still refuse the delivery or request a return once it’s delivered (subject to return policy terms).

3. Refund Policy
Once your return or cancellation is confirmed, we’ll initiate the refund process.
Refund Timelines:
- Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking):
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. - Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. You’ll need to provide your bank or UPI details. - In case of cancellation before shipping:
Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- For returned items, the refund is processed only after the product is received and inspected by our team.
