This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds work when you shop with us.


1. Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You can return a product if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • It doesn’t match the description or specifications
  • You received the wrong item

Conditions for Returns:

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided

🚫 We unfortunately do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless damaged or defective)

  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process, including pick-up or shipping instructions

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Just contact us, and we’ll process it immediately — no questions asked.

After Shipment:

If the order has already been shipped, you can still refuse the delivery or request a return once it’s delivered (subject to return policy terms).

  • Mention your order ID and reason for cancellation (optional)

3. Refund Policy

Once your return or cancellation is confirmed, we’ll initiate the refund process.

Refund Timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking):
    Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. You’ll need to provide your bank or UPI details.
  • In case of cancellation before shipping:
    Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • For returned items, the refund is processed only after the product is received and inspected by our team.
